WPPI Program 2009: "Revolutionize & Energize Your Studio - The Art of Story Shooting"

Here's the program description as seen in Rangefinder Magazine.  I hope you all can be there this year.  It's going to be a huge year for this World class photography convention.  There is nothing more rewarding to me than to connect with my brothers and sisters in this field.  Please come!

Jim Garner, recently named one of the top ten wedding photographers in the world by American Photo Magazine, will share his style and innovative techniques in this engaging program.  Learn how to become a profitable artist and give your clients the best experience imaginable on their wedding day and beyond.  Through story shooting coupled with his technique of motion posing (the encouragement of movement allowing for natural expression), Jim will teach his audience how it all fits together artistically in a contemporary album design format.  The same format that has won J. Garner Photography back-to-back first place album awards two years in a row at WPPI.  Shooting for the story, not for single images, allows the photographer to deliver the finest quality of work, and at the same time, maximize profitability for the studio.  Jim will demonstrate how this approach is a total win-win for the client, as well as for the photographers personal artistic growth.

See you Monday, Feb 16, 2009 from 8:00am to 10:00am
