Some of you may have heard about our Album. We took 1st place in the Album Competition for our studio. We're so honored, humbled & simply blown away. To Emily and Marshall, we adore you two! It's the love and joy you shared on that day that made these photos sing.

Katarina and I would like to thank Bambi Cantrell and Yervant for inspiring our work and guiding our direction. They have personally been a great inspiration to me, and I have the joy of calling them good friends. Bambi & Yervant lead the way in helping other photographers achieve their wildest dreams of success. They have been so generous with their knowledge for so many years that I truely believe that they have made a huge contribution to raising the bar for all of us. Not only has the bar been raised, but we've all had a blast along the way.

I have a lot to blog about. I need to think about this. So much happened this last week that my head is spinning. We have been so humbled by the all the attention we recieved for our prints & albums we submitted. We made so many new friends, and we had a blast! I simply don't know where to start. Shooting Jewelery today so gotta run - (jumping right back into it) Huge wedding this weekend. (I adore this couple) Can't wait to share. I'll do it tonight.

OK, Crazy week. Shot an amazing wedding w/ Bambi Cantrell and Dawn Shields. I have a ton of beautiful images which we will be taking on later this week and early next. Overwhelming number of beautiful shots from the three of us.

I got home and turned around and went straight down to San Fransico. Need to rest. I'll blog tomorrow.

Studio Episode 3 comes later this week. (maybe early next week) This one is a gut laugher! Hurts.

AWESOME DAY. 600 person wedding. 24 plus kids in the bridal party.

We're completely whiped from the 13 hour day.

I need to show you these. Can't wait!

How about Monday? Rest tomorrow w/ the fam.

We are so excited about our wedding clients this year. They are all so gracious and excited about photography. We feel sping loaded to deliver amazing work. Almost all of them have agreed to adding a little time on the front end of the day to make for a more relaxed photography time. Katarina is going write an article about the benefits of doing this. (please check back) Our clients love the idea of hanging out in a coffee shop, bar, or just relaxing at the venue. It is quality time and it serves to extend the fun of the day. (who wouldn't want more time to hang out with your best friends and family) After all, it gets crazy once the quests show up, right?

So, this is the year of big weddings for us. 600 I hear for this weekend. Can't wait. I'll share images of course.

To my couple this weekend: Marques & Lisa, thank you for trusting us for your beautiful wedding day. You have graciously given us addtional time on the front end. We promise to deliver a great time for you and your group and of course the photos will be extraordinary through your trust in our plan.
